Can you tell us a little about your company?
MUSSAN GROUP started its activities in Trabzon with a 1000 m2 factory and 3-storey Head Office under the brand of Mussan Machinery with the Block / Paving Stone Machine and Molds, and continues its production with Injection Machines and Molds, Concrete Plant, Mortar Mixing Machines and Equipment, Concrete Pipe Machines and auxiliary equipment. In addition, our company has reached a certain market share in the foreign market with our promotional activities and has become a company that exports to 21 different countries. Currently, with more than 20 personnel, it continues to develop its business volume by making various investments in the Construction Machinery, Real Estate and Furniture sectors.
What is your goal in production as Mussan Machinery?
With its dynamic, experienced, customer satisfaction oriented and expert staff, we bring technology together with the machinery sector and customer satisfaction is unchanging with its strong body structure, trouble-free and rapid operation, the latest technological equipment, skilled and experienced workmanship, long-lasting and technical service support in all the facilities and machines we sell. Can you mention about your sales in 2021?
Even Although MussanGroup Machinery is a company that was established recently, it continues to make its rapid steps. MussanGroup, which sold about 17 block machines in 2021, “We are taking firm steps forward in our target of one sales every month in 2021.” said. Increasing its awareness by adding 3 new countries and 6 more machines to our references recently, MussanGroup makes a name for itself in these countries with the new machines it sells to Guinea, Iran and Comor Islands. At the same time, we increased the number of our machines in Georgia to approximately 10 by sending 2 more machines to Georgia. Again, in the last 3 months of 2021, we sold a total of 6 block machines, 3 to Mali, 1 to Ghana, 1 to Ivory Coast and 1 to Senegal.
How did you achieve so many sales in such a short time?
As MussanGroup Machinery, we owe these sales in such a short time to the digital marketing efforts we made in our head office. Thanks to our technical team consisting of approximately 10 people (software, graphic designer, content editor, social media manager, video editor, advertising manager, etc.) and our sales representatives who do our marketing and sales activities in English, French, Arabic, Russian, Georgian, we can reach all parts of the world easily. and we have the opportunity to introduce ourselves and our products to our potential customers. In addition to the existing languages, we continue to recruit new sales representatives in order to reach the German and Spanish regions.
Can you tell us about the after-sales production phase?
After the sale is approved, our sales representative conveys the necessary information to the production department about the machines, equipment and molds sold. Our engineer in the production department makes the technical drawing of the products to be produced and sends them to the factory manager. Our factory manager starts the production process by ordering the technically drawn materials. The ordered materials such as milling, lathe and welding machine are processed in our factory, and the desired machinery, equipment and molds are delivered to the customer within the production period given to the customer.
What are your short-term future goals?
As Mussan Machinery, our primary goal is to build a closed production area of 2,000 m2 in the Arsin Organized Industrial Zone in order to better meet the increasing production demands and continue production here. In addition, increasing the number of marketing, technical team and production personnel working in our organization, reaching more potential customers and increasing the number of countries we sell to. In addition, we want to contribute more to the construction sector by increasing our concrete plant and crusher machine sales and improving our product range.
As MussanGroup, we want to repeat the success we have achieved as Mussan Machinery in different sectors by investing more in the real estate and furniture sectors.
