The mortar transported to the bucket of the block machine from here is transmitted to the outer mould.

The mortar transferred to the mould forms the form of the block here.

The mortar filled into the mould is then pressed and compressed.

Again, by applying vibration to the mortar in the mould, the spaces and air bubbles between the mortar are removed.

Then the blocks are pressed on the pallets.

Pallets are taken from the machine by forklift and taken to the holding area and left to dry.

The dried blocks are repackaged and ready for sale.
